Long story kinda short.
I was told that i would be eligible for rebate but i only have free data add on. Account services rep said rebate declined, said she would credit 150 instantly since i was provided wrong info. She only credited 50, called back pointed this out to diff manager, manager applied other 100 to=150 total. Previous rep called hand set back stated she could only do 50 would fwd other 100 to her supervisor. Her sup followed up with the original 100, total instant credit now 250.00. Followed that up with an email to rebate center stating I always get rebates on my account as is. they emailed me back saying sorry, processed rebate for 100. total discount 350.00 ended up paying 127.00 with 2 yr extension after rebate.
