Not so simple. I think PIM.vol also contains info about what was changed last. If that information is incorrent, the next time you sync it could screw things up.

Did i mention mail2web and exchange hosting also works between devices? I went from a smartphone on T-mobile to the Mogul, and it copied all my personal stuff for me over the air!
