Just dropped my SERO plan for the everything plan
With a heavy heart, I just dropped sero plan and went to the newer simply everything plan. I had 4 lines which were all $30 F&F500 sero plans. I was paying a total of $120/month for the 4 lines. Now I pay $140/month (which is $5 more per line) for the everything family plan but get a total of 1600 minutes instead of 2000 that I was getting with the sero. So you're probably asking yourself "why did he change his plan"? Well, the sero did not include the new any mobile anywhere plan which is a huge plus because I can talk unlimited to anyone as long as they are not on a andline phone, also with sero, you cant use any of the newer high end phones like the palm pre, htc hero, or the samsung moment etc. In additon, I can use any blackberry without having to get a blackberry data plan. So although I'll be paying $20 more per month, I think I made a good choice. Also, the sprint rep told me that ALL future high end phones will require an everything plan. He said they are trying to do away with SERO because that was a plan being offered back when either sprint or ericson employees were being layed off so they made those plans available to them. He said more but I cant remember. All I know is, I'd hate to not be able to activate the HD2 when it's released Q1 of next year. Anyone agree with my decision?? Please post!
