I'm all about alternatives... but S2U2 is still the best in terms of functionality and simplicity, in my opinion. I tried PocketShield for a week and hated it. Didn't like the skins, found it too complicated to make new ones, and didn't have the notifications functionality that I actually depend on... I guess one man's bloat is another man's lifesaver!
Besides, there's only a few minor bugs between 2.04 and the TP2, both of which are being worked on. Still, it's great to have alternatives, and the more the merrier!
