I took my Tp to the Sprint Replacement store about the issue. came back 45min's later. The rep said Sprint ordered me a replacement Tp. I told her the new sprint memo give customers the choose out of 10 different phone and I wanted a Tp2. She said ok. I have a free Tp2 replacement coming in the mail.
