Not sure about US Cell procedures but it is a good idea that after flashing any ROM you should go through the procedures for reprogramming the phone for your carrier...
With verizon it is *228 1 then *228 2
reprogramming sets all the arcsoft and data settings for your specific carrier.
US Celluar will have a different method for doing this. Search around or look at the documentation you got from your phone carrier for setting up a phone for a first time use.
That should solve your problems.
