Hi guys can someone guide me on best way to make HD wallpaper ??

do i need a special app or just picture resizer will work and resize to 640 X 480 and save it as jpeg ??

just got my htp2 today 10 min working on it as i type. just wondering cause i want to use family pictures as wallpaper
