I was in a Verizon store last week & some guy just happened to walk up & ask about the TP2 while I was standing there.
The store manager was talking to the guy & really was clueless about what the guy was asking. I politely pulled my TP2 out (the manager had never seen one) & asked if I could help.
The manager turned out to be a really cool guy & I spent the next 20 minutes answering questions for both him & the customer....

that brings up a good point, when I was at the shack ~10yrs ago, there was no way I could keep up with all the new phones (at least in depth), granted we had multiple carriers. I could only imagine the bs training that happens with all these new devices. Really, I think employee training is closer to marketing brainwashing.
Props for paying it fwd. I loved it when I could learn something from a customer.
