Latest S2U2 dialer-intercept (aka Caller ID) is pretty buggy on the TP2... turn it off and use the default dialing mechanism. A_C is aware of the issues and is working on them, but since he doesn't have a TP2, it's taking him some time to properly debug it.

PS-- if you're not sure how to shut off S2U2's dialer-intercept, open the S2U2 Settings applet, tap on Phone, and set "Caller ID" to Off.
