Thumbs up

OK, I just downloaded 1.2.3 and here's my findings (yes, sometimes I'm a nit-picker )
  • In POP3/IMAP4 config:
    • NAME still gets output as my email address (I'm not sure which field it's populating from as my REPLYADDR and AUTHNAME are both my email address)
    • The SMTPALT* attributes aren't tabbed over as far as the rest. I know it's minor and visual only, but like I said above...
  • In Mail2Web/Exchange:
    • The <characteristic type="Connection"> and associated </characteristic> tags are tabbed over one too far. Again, minor
    • I needed PeakFrequency to be -1 (sync as mail arrives), but without a UI item for that, 0 is a more sensible default.
    • <parm name="BodyTruncation" value="-1"/> has the same space/bandwidth issues as IMAP4 (I think)
    • <characteristic type="PeakDays"> has tab issues that make it look like the </characteristic> tag is misplaced for it.
    • In <characteristic type="Mail">, MailBodyTruncation and MailFileAttachment default to download it all... my personal opinion is still that 5k max body and no attachments is more sensible.
The Sync section is obviously more complicated than the EMAIL2 is. There's about a thousand settings listed at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa455976.aspx (I know, I exaggerate).

PS. Please don't take the nit picking as demands or anything of the sort. I appreciate the time you've already taken to put this together; however I also know that accurate and detailed bug reporting is essential to improving a program. I wouldn't have taken the time to put together this list if I didn't think your utility was worthwhile .
