Ok I've figured out the solution to the problem:
Go into the registry editor (I use PHM registry editor version .7)
Go to:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLauncher\1\
There is a Value called "Command". Delete all the value data for that key (you will see the
http://--switchtopage there, just delete it and hit done)
** Another thing is, my opera shortcut was in a folder called 1 under program launcher, which is the 2nd icon, 0 being the 1st icon. You need to find the folder # of where your icon is and go into that folder to delete the value data for the command key.
