So i keep getting an error message saying there has been a problem with manila.exe and it asks me to send it to microsoft so i do. anyone know what the deal is with that? how to fix it?

so my sleep mode is messed up. i have everything set to the minimum amounth of time to save power. so after a few sec. it dims but never goes into sleep mode unless i hit the top button. solutions?

lastly, sometimes my voice command just starts on its own, when im not even touching the phone. anyone else have this problem?
