Yeah that is what I was trying to say, but someone else confused me. It is the amount of RAM or cpu usage right Muffin? The higher my number is the slower my TP2 is running, so I have always understood that this is cpu or RAM usage... somebody correct me if I am wrong.

I am just trying to find way to lower mine after I shut down programs. For example when I shut down all my running programs while my RAM is reading say 71% then I only end up getting the usage down to like 65%. When I start my TP2 up it starts off with like 38% usage... Why after I shut everything down, do I get so little RAM back...?
