This has been discussed many times....I have used Mobile Shell for a few years....with a treo 700wx, and a Diamond. However, when I tried it with my Pro2 many features such as the dialer, and bluetooth issues occured. These problems were reported on their forums at
http://www.spbclub.com ever since the PRO2 was released in europe. When v3.5 came out I thought...wow...they fixed all the problems....nope...still have the same issues. Even more have now been reported. I love the program and if they can fix the problems I would use it again in a heartbeat. But as of now, I won't use it.
