You just need to swap the files in the S2U2 gfx folder. Then run iLock2 to close S2U2. Then run it again so S2U2 will open with the new graphic files. There is a customizer program that does this for you but it doesn't work with the later versions of S2U2. It's still easy enough to change themes though. It's just a copy and paste job.
