The delivery settings for the Sprint email program are chosen on your side (on the PPC) but are stored on Seven's servers.

So in order to properly remove the program and prevent this, you must disable Push (notice it should force an update at this point to change the server settings). Then deleting the account in the program, which will also force an update to remove your email account on the server. Then delete the program.

If you just block these numbers, you may block the IM program and won't be able to use Sprint Email in the future unless you unblock it.

Also, if you are still getting these from a improper Sprint Email uninstallation--what it means is your email account is still being polled and accessed on another 3rd party server. If you're comfortable with that, then by all means, but I prefer to limit access to my email accounts by 3rd parties
