I unzipped the file and saved it to my desktop, sent the manila folder over to the device using activesync and put the folder into the windows directory. I then soft-reset device and I'm still getting the Verizon Wireless logo. I don't see the folder anywhere but if do a search using Resco File Explorer it shows it as being there.
Did I miss a step somewhere?

dont copy the folder just copy the file inside the folder to your windows directory on your device.
