ok, but if I need my email right away, I check it every 5 min. and then 5 min later the email I need is gone

Changing your "download size settings" in the messaging settings for your GMAIL account will take care of this one too. |
There are no download settings for file attachments - I am already pulling the entire message, but I have to request to download the attachment, and then it disappears my email hence the issue.

Use the maze setting on GAlarm, it's been posted earlier in this thread as an issue without resolve.
