Lol not sure what rep did that but tech support via *611 who has the ability though limited to move upgrades and exchange advance devices.
You dont need a new number once your out of contract we keep you going month to month until you renew.

This was at a local store, which really pissed me off as they didn't try to fix it, they just handed me my Voyager and expected nothing wrong with this.
We originated with 611, but we didnt stay with limited support, we jumped to Retentions which took care of it after about 30 minutes on the phone
