Need help please.

I've receive my replacement TP so I need to return my old TP to Bell. I lock back the old one but the SPL is not the same as the new one.

old TP:
RAPH800
SPL-0.37.0000

New TP
RAPH800
SPL-036.0000

How I can lock my old TP with SPL-0.36.0000?
Where can I find SPL-036?
