There is no one specific build. 21234 was the RTM which we used awhile ago. The HTC Mega uses 21854 which is a com 2 build. So kitchens have been running "official" 6.5 releases for quite some time. Builds we are using now are from com 3 and com 4 which are working on 6.5.1.

There is not and never will be an "official" WM6.5 release for the Omnia. So if that is what you need to be satisfied then you need to move to a phone that has an "official" 6.5 build like the HTC Imagio.
