Getting Sprint to hook you up a new Touch Pro 2 at a discount, when you've had the Touch Pro for only 6 months...good luck with that.
BUT...
I would start with an email to
dan@sprint.com , they gave me a deal back when I had ISSUES with the Instink, got a Mogul for $150. AND, I was able to keep the brand new Instink.
Then, if that doesn't work...call your local Customer Service rep...and work your way up to retentions. (if you don't know how to do that...then I suggest you don't do it...or else you might paint yourself into a corner.)
