but...there is some validity here...wm 6.5 will not be released on carriers for a bit of time. The OS is live but it doesn't mean developers will have it today...I don't get where anyone assumed it would be out today
heck 6.1 was released progressively later for the titan (we remember that one?) after 6.1 was released...and if verizon dear god we waited months later
