Tech Support? You mean the time I sent in my Voyager for a update and it came back with all of my contacts, history, etc. deleted?

Also, if I have a Verizon Rep's approval, I think this true enough :P

BTW, When you gonna help me get my 6.5 TP2? I even have the upgrade qualification, just need a store in stock

Also, when you end your contract and resign it all up from the ground up, don't you lose your phone number?
