In fact, I just tested it, and that color wheel spun for 3min 45 sec.  That's ridiculous, and not only that, that just drains the battery. |
Let me see if I can comprehend what you are saying. So you are saying that when you go into file explorer and open your windows folder it takes almost 4 freaking minutes?
If thats the case then something has to be wrong with your phone. Have you tried doing a hard reset? When I go to my windows folder it literally takes just a few seconds to open up all the way, maybe 3 to 5 seconds or so.
