Nice write up. accept for there are just a few errors and I would choose different wording good job.
1. No mention of Tech Support? naturally I could go into this but will wait till Im at my Desk
2.100 and 50 dollar NE2 is now dead. its 50 and 30 now. This is the discount on the "phone" contract.
3. At worst you would lose your NE2 discount but if your contract has ended for your account then your renewal restarts you as a customer from ground zero. you get 2 or 1 year discounts and 30 Day WFG.
ill read alittle more about the topic later as my thumbs are now tired. good job.
