Okay tried it yesterday, but it does what all the other hacks do.
Notification last about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes and you can not dismiss it and when another call comes in
it double the sounds and freaks out the phone.
What it does is change the values in the sub-keys
Default values are-
AvailableOptions: 15
Duration: 0
Options: 13
Hack changes it to-
AvailableOptions: 15
Duration: 3 some times 0
Options: 1073741835
