Bottom line, very foolish not to get insurance. If you don't, then do not complain when you break your phone and have to pay full price for the new one. Simple as that. Keep in mind that the insurance also waives any reactivation fees for replacements as well as the ability for techs in the store to work on your phone without hassles. If you have insurance the store sees this on your account and will make efforts to repair for free. Without it they diagnose and quote you a price to fix. I know from experience, I always have insurance on high priced items.
