Curious why the number 94 in that code? I played around with the properties of other .lnk files in the Programs menu, and they all seem to have their own number assigned...
Thanks for the tip though! I have a few favorite links in my Programs/Start menu now! One is a URL to local traffic cams, and the other is a NOAA weather radio stream!
