Yes, I have successfully changed the icons on the Sprint version. As stated, the Bmp2Brn and Brn2Bmp converters found on XDA don't work correctly for the Sprint Touch. To do it correctly, it's a labor intensive process - all of the animations need to be redone.

I'll post detailed instructions soon...
