DirectDraw
So the Touch appears to have the same issue with DirectDraw that the Mogul did, with the stuttering playback that makes it impossible to watch. While there is a perfectly fine workaround with using GDI or RawFrame, I really wonder what the underlying issue is here. Anyone care to guess what the root cause is? Is it a WM6 issue or graphics drivers for these HTC devices? Anyone see the same problem with other WM6 devices from other manufacturers?
