Re: Battery has a water damage detector!

OK so I had a jack@ss (sprint store cs) mark my phone (TP1) as DAMAGE BEYOND REPAIR (WATER DAMAGE) all because he had attitude and didn't like what I told him. When I found out he did that I first called executive service dept. (SPRINT HQ) well they put a note on my account just saying that rep did that. The next day I took the phone to a repair center and had them strip the whole phone (just for doc) well 25 min later the tech came out and said "Now what is wrong with your phone? It says water damage on your account." I told him the story about the SMART rep at the store and he said he note the account that there IS NO DAMAGE ON THE PHONE. Well I also had him print out the paper (just in case and for my protection/hardcopy) I then sent an email with the info the tech gave me to executive service (Her name was Jennifer)....... well to say the least my phone got replaced FREE and that rep doesn't work for sprint anymore. So if the stupid sticker triggers and YOU KNOW FOR A FACT you didn't dunk it like a cookie in milk, take it in and get the tech to tear apart your phone and SHOW YOU where there is WATER DAMAGE. It saved me $120......
