Programs & Activesync pops up after call / on closing phone application
Intermittently, Programs and Activesync pops up after a phone call, as I close the Phone application. I've seen this before and remember reading about it, but can't seem to find the thread right now.
What causes this condition and how do I make it go away?

I see people posting their connection speed--but why? It's one thing to show EVDO/HSDPA speeds, but I see people posting wired connections and I am puzzled (especially when the speed is not all that impressive). So, in that spirit, I will post mine:
