It opens the dialer unless you add it to the exceptions list. In fact, there may be programs it's cleaning that lock it up. Try adding them one by one to the exceptions list. It's a pretty intensive app for a Mogul, and level 1 or 2 might be all you need. That's what I use on my 6700.
