God I really fing HATE Sprint's phone customer service...
I called up to get my tracking number since the account shows the 499.99 "credit" on there.
They said they don't have it. Then I asked to make sure a return kit for my Mogul would be included and she says "so sir want you to cancel the order, yes?"
I was like "NO! I don't want to cancel the order! Nevermind I'll deal with it when it gets here"
"Ok sir, anything else can I help you with today?"
Grrr... stupid people in the Phillipines...
Seriously. Sprint needs to fix their phone customer service. I shouldn't have to say I want to cancel my service to talk to someone who not only can understand English but I can understand them without straining too!
Anyway, still no tracking number. Supposedly it will be in the system tomorrow. I'm DYIN HERE! lol.
