Well I loved my 6700 but this is the second time its failed and stuck on the align screen( after 1 replacement.) The sprint local store said they would order a new 6700 and it would take a week. I called retention service and she had no problem sending out a Touch as a free replacement. Said it would arrive Thursday. I hope I like it. Heard too many bad things to try for a 6800
