At this point it's very easy:
1) Download ROM you wish to flash
2) Unzip or whatever so you have the RUU (romfilenameRUU.exe and RAPHIMG.nbh files handy
3) choose either activesync or storage card flash...
a) for activesync just make the connection to your pc and double click the RUU exe file to start the process. You'll be led through a series of installtion instruction screens, just follow those and you'll be flashed when it's done
b) for storage card (mSD) flash format to FAT32, place RAPHIMG.nbh file at root of storage card, hard reset and the new ROM will flash.
If you have personal information, like addressbook, call history, texts, etc... these will be wiped out of course when you flash, so back them up with PIM backup tool of your choice, restore once you've flashed.
