I realize there is a posted youtube guide for this but I need help, as my friend originally did everything and installed a new rom. I have no idea what exactly was done or in what order.

I now want to change roms.

I talked to him again and he was helping me but left mid way. So far ive updated the PRI and the radio. I now need the next steps to installing a different rom.

I have also backed up my personal data.
