Hey joojoobee,
That 21864_96DPI, had the same Access Denied. Just ran that Un-RAR, change Read only, Change back to unselected read only, re-RAR, Works perfect.

Well it workwd until This:
Access to the path ‘C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\hIq Inc\PPC-BuildOS\9.05.3.0Temp\temp\dump\welcomhead.96.png†™ is denied.
Should I wait for a better 96DPI, or is there more I can learn.?
EDIT:
OK I just checked the set of files. Re downloading... YESSS the new files are great.
