whats interesting is that you plugged it into the wall and it still said there was not enough power. if something was running the battery down software wise, the ac outlet should be able to handle that. now since it is requesting more power there must be something wrong with the charging system on your phone, its plugged in yet doesn't think it is. at the same time, when off it charges just fine. sooo, maybe hard reset (if you already haven't) and if you have then i'd suggest taking it in. you haven't tried any rapid charge cabs by any chance have you?
