I recently purchase a SERO plan from w7excursion at this thread:

w7excursion shipped the phone immediatley and was a great help at getting the SERO changed over. I have already been using the phone while out and about today, and so far its great! As he said, the phone was brand new in the packing, and the SERO was exactly as described. He was also very helpful and quick to respond in getting the plan changed over to my account.
