I think the problem is the system does not track the call to the rep, so reps know they can feed bull or xfer to never-land and just not note the account.

Shaggylive.....aren't those calls recorded? Something about for our protection and training purposes,yada,yada,yada. I wonder if they have ever corrected anything for a customer by going over these recorded messages. Chances are they never have.
