You need to hit SPB home (right soft key), unless you changed it or MS didn't put it on your 800w.
SPB says it's by design, I and others Treo owners say BS. It is a shell, not a today plugin. It also closes after you use the volume keys too. Also it will not preview midi ringers, which almost all of the Treo Pro ringers are. MS is so bug riddled it's not funny. In the future I will not be paying for any upgrades until they get their act together.
