sometimes there are things that cant be explained.... A hard reset fixes everyting and if not its a hardware or software problemmm.... If the hard reset doesnt fix it then ya need a new phone cause more than likely software was installed bad or ya hardware is defective...

if ya hard reset and all is well then ya need the to install once by one and see whats going on, if its cool before ya installed microsoft my phone and now its crazy, my phone isnt likeing something ya put on there or there fighting with each other. there are many ways to determine this......
