the problem is call center reps are rated by how quickly they resolve calls, and signups vs cancel,
I think the problem is the system does not track the call to the rep, so reps know they can feed bull or xfer to never-land and just not note the account.
also a problem with sprint is the whole which store can do what crap. if it's got a big yellow sprint sign, I see no reason why they shouldn't be able to help.
documentation, documentation, documentation.
btw, is all this hastle really worth the $150?
I could only imagine if cell phones were more like cars. insurance guy would say. oh, your phone's not worth 500 anymore, here's a check for 250. lol.
