Vibrate feature not working for E-mail while in standby!

When the phone is in standby (screen off), the audible alert selected for e-mails will not vibrate as it should when the ringer is set to vibrate. YES, you can check off the box for "vibrate" in the Sounds & Notifications menu for E-Mails (making the e-mail alert vibrate all of the time whether set to vibrate or not) however every other notification will automatically vibrate the selected audible alert with 3 short vibrations when the phone is set to vibrate. I originally owned the TP1 and this was not an issue. If anyone else is having this issue I would urge you to contact HTC Support for a hot fix as I have.

If anyone has a fix for this it would also be greatly appreciated!
