I re-installed the original (SprintTVUpgrade1000Uninstallable.zip) application but it kept reporting that the "channel was not available...". I installed the newer version (luckily I kept the .CAB file). I was able to by-pass the Sprint-KnightRider lights, however when I click on Sprint TV it opens the menu and all the options say "loading..." and it doesn't do much more from there on. The device does not appear to be locked up as I am able to access the Sprint TV menu and other WM6 menu options. Has anyone seen this issue? I would hate to have to do another hard reset, but before I do, I wanted to see if anyone had anything for me to try. Thanks.
I grabbed a copy of a coworker's CACHE folder and copied it to my phone... voila... I have sprint TV again. There are a couple glitches, but at least I'm not out of luck where that is concerned. Hope that helps.
