Is your clock accurate when synced with network time?

Hi--New poster here. Running HTC TP2 on Sprint. Checking under Settings>All settings>Clock& Alarm>Time one can see the exact time to the second, and it should be accurate, especially if under Communications Manager>Phone>CDMA Services>Time Synchronization>Get settings the "auto" button is checked -or- you press Update Now. Yet I find that the time is about 14 seconds faster than the atomic clock time, whereas in other phones I've had on the Sprint system it was exact. Any ideas? Thanks.
