Missed Calls Repeating Notifications Tab Grayed Out HTC TP2

Missed Calls Repeating Notifications Tab Grayed Out HTC TP2

I would like to share some info on this notifications problem. I've been a Verizon PDA guy for 4 years now and I've been on the phone for hours for four years with Verizon, UTStarcom, Microsoft for 4 years and now spent 2 hours with HTC techs. No one wants to take the blame for this tab being grayed out, their all blaming each other!!!
It is very important to have this alert if you use this phone for business not calling your customers back right away will **bleep** them off and you'll lose money.
I'm in construction operating Cranes in New York I hardly ever hear the phone ring or feel that vibrate but that distinct beep ALL CELL PHONES MAKE (ANY CARRIER!!!!!) I and everybody else can hear.

If everybody would call HTC (866) 449-8358 and complain and their Carriers we might get this fixed

Day Two: Got a reponse from National Help Desk Still getting the round around, They say the phone will notify you only once.
Week Two: HTC says the is phone is design to function the way it is but the issue is being send higher up (what ever that means)

I am not giving up, this has to be addressed

OK I have tried several registry hacks using SKTools most are not for the HTC TP2
to navigate to (HKCU\\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D660-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}
Changed the values in all three Strings (AvailableOptions, Duration, Options)
All was able to do was get a check mark in repeat sound but the tab was still grayed!
And you can not DIMISS it just keeps on alerting

Microsoft mobile forum is no help their registry hack is not for HTC TP2

And I know all about the third party programs from HandandGo, (Phone Alarm, best Reminder to name a few)

Why should we pay for something the phone should do on it's own

Anybody else Please!
