Thank you for your inquiry about you HTC Touch Pro2. I understand how frustrating it can be to have the device go into an align screen from the case. I tested one of our Touch Pro2's, the Sprint one to be more specific, and found that there is not a harware combination to enter the align screen menu. It can only be accessed by going through the settings menu> tapping all settings> tapping display> then tapping align screen. If you have any third party applications installed on the device, you may want to consider removing them from the device as they may be affecting the performance of the phone. To remove an application from your device, you would go to: Settings> All Settings> Remove Programs> Select the programs that you installed and tap Remove. Once you have finished, Tap OK and then power cycle the phone (power it off then back on). In the case that the above does not resolve the issue, you may want to consider performing a factory reset of the device. Note: Performing a hard reset will delete all of your personal data and reset it to the factory settings. Please backup any wanted data to a PC using Microsoft ActiveSync for Windows XP or Windows Mobile Device Center for Windows Vista. To perform a hard reset, go to: Settings> All Settings> System Tab> Clear Storage. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the reset. Allow the device a few minutes to clear the storage and the phone should function normally now.

I have already done a hard reset, so I am certain that's not the problem.
Can another person please head to the HTC site and open a ticket so they realize we're not going crazy???
